Fastpitch Sales was created to provide online shoppers with the perfect blend of big-business efficiency and small-business hospitality. In looking around the internet, we noticed that customers primarily had 2 options when it comes to sporting goods: You could go with the big guys and be "just another customer" or you could go with the little guy and sacrifice convenience, efficiency, or both. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. Though our normal operating hours are 9-5 EST Monday-Friday, Fastpitch Sales team members have been known to provide support by e-mail, chat, and phone at all hours on their own time - weekends, holidays, way-too-late hours of the early morning. It's our goal to be there as soon as possible whenever you need assistance - like superheroes, but with less spandex.
