Yes. We are authorized for all manufacturers listed on our website, and every product we sell is backed by a full manufacturer's warranty.
2. I have questions or concerns. How can I speak with someone by phone?
We know sometimes people are alarmed by the lack of a visible phone number on our site. While we can handle most issues more efficiently via chat or e-mail, we're always willing to speak with customers by phone. If you really want to speak with somebody, just drop us a line and we'll either call you back or send you our phone number.
3. What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of purchase we're happy to accept any unused item for a full refund. Returns at FastpitchSales.com are easy! Simply go to your order status page and choose the relevant order. In the top right you'll see an option to Return Items. Select that option and enter the required information. We will contact you with return authorization ASAP.
If your return is the result of our error, we'll be happy to send you a pre-paid return label and ship any necessary replacement items free of charge.
4. How does the 30-day Money-back Satisfaction Guarantee work?
The 30-Day Money-back Satisfaction Guarantee is offered by RIP-IT Sporting Goods. If you've purchased a RIP-IT bat from us and you're unhappy with its performance, RIP-IT will refund your purchase price. Just go to their Service Page and fill out the form. After the form is submitted, RIP-IT will e-mail you additional instructions.
5. I want to buy a bat from Miken/DeMarini/Easton. Can I get the Money-back Satisfaction Guarantee?
Unfortunately no. The Money-back Guarantee is provided by RIP-IT Sporting Goods, not by Fastpitch Sales. It's just a difference of philosophy among the manufacturers. We think the whole money-back guarantee thing is a great idea. If a company tells you they're selling you the best product available, why shouldn't they put their money where their mouth is? We applaud RIP-IT for giving every potential customer a chance to see whether or not a RIP-IT bat is the right fit, and we'd love to see more manufacturers giving consumers the same opportunity. Speak up. Let your favorite manufacturer hear your opinion. Who knows? Maybe eventually they'll give it a shot.
6. When will my order ship? How long will it take to get here?
Orders placed by 4PM EST will ship same-day. Please note that FedEx shipping times are marked as days in transit, so your purchase date does not count as the first day. Please reference the chart below to find out when your order will arrive:



7. Why is shipping so expensive? Can you give me a shipping discount?
Unfortunately we can't control shipping rates. We ship primarily via FedEx, and our shipping rates are a direct reflection of their prices. While our system isn't set up for multiple shipping carriers, we're always willing to make exceptions in special circumstances. Please contact us if you need special shipping assistance.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently take American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
9. Do you offer team discounts?
Yes! And now ordering for teams and leagues is easier than ever! Just look for the "Buy More & Save!" link on any product page, and you can see the quantities where we offer price breaks on that product. Quantity pricing is automatically calculated when you add qualifying products to your shopping cart.
10. Do you offer coupons? How do I get them?
Yep. We send coupons out occasionally throughout the year. Follow us on facebook and twitter to keep up with all our latest offers. Of course you can also sign up for our mailing list.
Please note that unless specifically stated in the coupon offer, coupons can NOT be combined with "Buy More & Save" discounts. If you stack a coupon on top of a quantity discount, we will void either the coupon or the quantity discount to ensure you get maximum savings. However we will need to contact you for authorization on the new total, and this could lead to delays in shipping your order.

12. I'd like to purchase something that's not listed on your website. Do you sell other products?
Nope. Right now every product we offer is available through our website.
13. Do you plan on carrying (insert item here) in the future?
Possibly. We realize there are lots of great brands out there, and everybody has a favorite. We look forward to adding more brands to the Fastpitch Sales lineup sometime in the near future. If you'd like to see something specific listed in the store, please let us know.
14. Do you have any physical retail stores?
No retail stores for now. You can only buy from us online (or over the phone).
Unfortunately we're not set up to handle walk-in orders or pickups. But we can get creative if necessary. Let us know if you're local and you need something.
16. What if my order contains items that are out of stock? Will shipment of the other items be delayed?
If you order contains both in-stock items and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items right away using your selected shipping method. The out-of-stock items will ship via UPS Ground at no extra charge as soon as they are back in stock.
